Arizona Home Performance with ENERGY STAR is a home check-up, complete with testing and inspections that normally cost hundreds of dollars. We work with your utility company to provide this service at a discounted price. We also assist you with utility rebates, tax credits and other incentives to help you get the most out of your money. Phoenix Green Team now awards the Pearl Certification to energy-efficient homes that meet the criteria needed to become certified. Pearl Certified homes have been appraised up to 15% higher than non-certified homes in the same market.

Your $99 APS Energy Audit will assess energy-efficiency barriers, including:

1. Inspect heating ventilation and air-conditioning performance, air duct leakage, and restrictions, insulation effectiveness, construction integrity issues, “hot spots” and perform a blower door test.
2. Provide you with a final comprehensive home assessment

Using the energy assessment, you decide which upgrades to perform: duct sealing, home insulation, shade screens, a/c efficiency, lighting/appliances, solar photovoltaic or solar hot water.
